About the Role Responsibilities include: * Day-to-day operation of the workshop * Coordinating bookings, workflow and customer enquiries * Vehicle servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs * Diagnosing faults and identifying practical repair solutions * Conducting vehicle inspections and roadworthiness assessments * Managing registration-related inspections and associated online systems * Maintaining workshop records, compliance documentation and inventory * Supporting the maintenance of company vehicles, machinery and equipment * Providing mechanical support across agricultural operations when required * Maintaining a safe,



organised and professional workshop environment About You To be successful, you will have: * Trade qualifications as a Light Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent mechanical trade * Proven experience in servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities * Robust communication and customer service skills * Sound computer skills and confidence using online systems * Current driver's licence Highly Regarded * Experience conducting pink slips, blue slips or other registration inspections * Authorised Inspection Station experience * Workshop leadership or management experience * Agricultural, rural or fleet maintenance experience * Experience working with trailers, farm machinery and agricultural equipment * A genuine interest in regional communities and agriculture What's on Offer?
