Job Description
As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play an important role in representing the Harcourts Newcastle brand and supporting the wider team across our day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Managing general enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assisting with general administration and data entry
Supporting our sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the reception and office areas
Assisting with marketing and office tasks as required
Providing general support to the wider team
About you
Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people




Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional and well-presented
Reliable, proactive and able to use initiative
Comfortable working in a busy, quick-paced environment
A strong communicator with a positive attitude
Confident using Microsoft Office and everyday computer systems
Previous administration, reception or real estate experience is preferred but not essential
