Purpose
As a Lifeguard, you will serve as the vigilant guardian of our pool facilities, dedicated to maintaining a protected, secure, pristine, and delightful atmosphere for our valued guests.
Primary Responsibilities
Watch over the pool area to prevent accidents and respond quickly in case of emergencies
Identify potential hazards, enforce safety rules, and provide assistance to swimmers if needed
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities at all times, collecting towels and assisting with cleaning any areas of concern
Work closely with the pool team to ensure safety of all guests utilising the pool area
Liaise with Maintenance to ensuring that pool equipment and safety devices are in working order
Interact with pool users, providing information, answering questions, and helping guests have a positive experience
Skills and Experience
Experience in a lifeguard role (or a similar position) is a mandatory requirement
Possess a current Bronze Medallion or Surf Rescue certificate
Must have an up to date CPR and First Aid Certificate
Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
