Job Description
The Australian African Foundation for Retention and Prospect (AAFRO) in Sunshine VIC is seeking an enthusiastic Youth & Families Case Manager to join our dedicated team.
You will provide case management, one-on-one support, and group sessions for vulnerable children, young people, and families, with a focus on those affected by the justice system.
