The Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre is seeking a dedicated Residential Supervisor to manage the residential facility and provide leadership to Indigenous trainees, focusing on their wellbeing, motivation and personal development.
This role helps trainees build life skills, sustain employment and successfully complete their traineeship, while fostering robust relationships with trainees, colleagues and community stakeholders.
