As our brand footprint continues to expand, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Plan, manage, and maintain our daily presence across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Redbook, etc.).
Content & Script Creation:
Independently ideate, write, and produce engaging social media copy, video scripts, and campaign storylines.
Visual & Graphic Production:
Design promotional graphics, edit photos, and produce short-form video content for digital channels.
Event & Activation Support:
Represent the brand and assist with on-ground activations, including product tastings (demos), pop-up stalls, and campus/retail marketing events as needed.
General Marketing Coordination:




Manage day-to-day marketing tasks, liaise with internal teams, and ensure campaigns run smoothly from concept to execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong written and verbal communication skills across both languages.
Hands-on Creativity:
Imaginative and full of ideas, with the drive and ability to turn creative concepts into finished products.
Industry Awareness:
An interest in or working knowledge of the Australian food & beverage sector and local FMCG/retail market dynamics.
Team Player:
Strong interpersonal skills, positive work ethic, and adaptability in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
