Following up orders and keeping customers and Account Managers updated on delivery timeframes
Supporting service and warranty administration

Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and the way we work
What you'll bring
You're someone who enjoys being busy, takes initiative and can confidently manage competing priorities. You'll be organised, detail-focused and comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous reception and call-handling experience - this is essential
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience in customer service or another customer-focused environment
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage deadlines

The ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional approach

A personable and approachable style, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business
Experience in accounts administration, sales administration, logistics, inventory or ERP systems will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
In return CSE can offer you an excellent opportunity to grow your career, with stability and personal development options you will become familiar with all aspects of the business and be encouraged to develop from the team and management. CSE offers a competitive salary, numerous HR benefits and a robust team environment with a social but busy work environment.
