Kilcoolin Holdings is seeking an experienced
Farm Manager
to join our team in Euroa, Victoria. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our farming enterprise. As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day management, and continuous improvement of our farming operations.
The property is a **** acre mixed farm including sheep (Merino and crossbred), cattle (Angus) and cropping.
The position includes quality on farm accommodation suitable for a family.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day farming operations, including crop management, livestock husbandry, and pasture maintenance
Manage and supervise farm staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management




Monitor and maintain farm equipment and infrastructure, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs
Plan and execute seasonal farming activities, from planting and harvesting to animal breeding and veterinary care
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff
What we're looking for
Minimum 3+ years of experience in farm management or a similar senior agricultural role
Robust knowledge of crop production, livestock management
Team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Valid driver's licence and willingness to operate farm machinery and equipment
