What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Supporting customers experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability
Negotiating fair and compliant payment arrangements
Resolving account enquiries and overcoming objections
Delivering positive customer experiences while achieving business outcomes
Maintaining accurate records and following compliance requirements
What You'll Need
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Excellent time management and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Desirable Experience
Experience in collections, customer service,



financial services, or account management
Experience assisting customers experiencing hardship or vulnerability
Experience working in a KPI-driven environment
