As the Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll lead a close-knit team preparing, packing and dispatching high volumes of fresh ingredients each day.
This is a hands-on, non-customer-facing role for someone who loves process, takes pride in high standards and isn't afraid to jump in alongside the team.
You may have come from kitchens, QSR, catering or alike.
What you'll be doing Oversee the daily preparation, packaging and dispatch of fresh food Manage rostering, stock levels,
