CERTECH Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation Located in Moorebank, CERTECH Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of connectivity products.
Our offering ranges from structured cabling and fibre optics, though to server racks, AV connectivity, security products, tools and testers.
Given that we are excellent at what we do, we need another genuine, excellent person to join our team, as Sales and Marketing Manager.
You will be responsible for the following; -Manage the development and execution of sales and marketing policies and strategies -Plan, organise and coordinate the business's sales and marketing activities -Oversee creation and publishing of unique sales and marketing plans and contents; -Assess the results of campaigns and promotions and identify any new marketing opportunities -Analyse the current and future marketing promotions and ensure they align with the business's brand and values -Direct merchandising methods,



assist in setting prices; -Drive strategies to increase awareness of the business's brand and existing and new products; -Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand market trends, consumer needs and requirements -Assist the management in identifying, formulating and maintaining robust new leads and in meeting revenue targets; -Maintain strong business relationships with key customers and understand their needs; -Maintain accurate and efficient record keeping, presenting sales and marketing reports to management as required -Evaluate performance of sales and marketing targets, identity issues and help reach resolution, escalating to management where necessary; -Provide feedback on the efficiency of business' sales and marketing procedures and suggest improvement of processes to staff and management -Train and provide leadership to sales and marketing team To be successfully hired, you must have; -At least AQF Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant field -Be fluent in English -Have right to work in Australia -Be punctual, efficient and reliable -Work well in a team environment If you are interested, please apply.
