Flood Modeller | Melbourne | Permanent Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a strong track record delivering water, flooding and infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Flood Modeler to join their Melbourne team on a permanent basis.
About the role You'll take a lead technical role across a diverse portfolio of flood studies, drainage strategies and floodplain management projects for local government, state authorities and private developer clients.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile modeling projects while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the ongoing growth of the team.
About you To be considered for this role, you will have: A minimum of 7-8 years' local experience in a consulting environment, with a solid background in flood and hydraulic modeling Demonstrated, hands-on expertise as a proven user of TUFLOW - this is essential Experience across the broader flood modeling toolkit is highly regarded,
