Full-Time Hostel Manager - Wake Up Bondi, Bondi Beach NSW Job Summary: Wake Up Bondi, part of the well-established Millett Group, is a vibrant hostel located in the heart of Bondi Beach, NSW.
The hostel provides accommodation and a welcoming social environment for domestic and international travellers.
We are seeking a full-time Hostel Manager to oversee daily hostel operations, lead the team, maintain high service standards, and ensure an enjoyable and positive experience for guests.

safe, clean, and well-organised environment for guests and staff Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers as required Monitor staffing levels and operational requirements to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods Ensure compliance with relevant workplace health and safety, accommodation, and hospitality requirements Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall hostel performance Work collaboratively with management to implement business strategies and achieve operational objectives What We're Looking For: Relevant qualification in hospitality, accommodation management, business management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in hostel management, accommodation management, or a similar hospitality management role Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Experience with budgeting, financial monitoring, and operational cost control Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for hospitality, travel, tourism, and cultural exchange Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career!
