The firm provides a range of professional services, including accounting and taxation, bookkeeping, business structuring, Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) services and business advisory, with advisory services covering business planning, strategy, due diligence, funding, restructuring and succession planning.
Zimsen Partners works with clients across various industries and provides tailored financial and strategic advice to support business performance, growth and long-term objectives.
As part of their continued business operations and advisory services, they are seeking to employ a Management Consultant to provide specialised management and strategic consulting support to their diverse client base.
The Management Consultant position will support Zimsen Partners' business advisory activities by analysing clients' business operations, financial and operational information, structures and strategic objectives to identify areas for improvement and develop practical recommendations.
The position will be involved in business planning and strategy, operational and process improvement, business and financial analysis, growth and market analysis, cost analysis, restructuring, due diligence, funding requirements and succession planning, while consulting with clients to understand their requirements and providing strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability and long-term business performance.
The annual salary for this full time position is $80,000 to $90,000.
Duties include: Assist clients in developing objectives, strategies and plans aimed at improving organisational performance, customer experience, resource utilisation and business outcomes.




Identify business and organisational gaps and opportunities through the application of continuous improvement and change management methodologies.
Analyse and evaluate clients' current systems, processes, capabilities and organisational structures to identify areas requiring improvement.
Review financial plans, business targets and resource utilisation to assess their alignment with organisational objectives and operational requirements.
Consult with clients to understand current-state challenges, business requirements, organisational objectives and opportunities for improvement.
Analyse business records, operational information, workflow processes and organisational structures to identify inefficiencies and organisational problems.
Advise clients on recommendations arising from analysis of current-state gaps and develop practical solutions to identified organisational problems.
Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and support organisational innovation and improvement.
Develop business improvement strategies and implementation plans to address identified operational, organisational and process-related issues.
Assist clients in implementing approved recommendations, including revised procedures, workflows, organisational structures and operational practices.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of recommended improvements against established objectives, plans and performance targets.
Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams to develop specific capabilities and support the effective adoption of recommended organisational improvements.
Qualifications: Must have a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
Should have at least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 1).
