Your role will undertake turf and garden maintenance and landscape construction duties.
You will live on beautiful Hamilton Island and commute 7 minutes by ferry to the Golf Course.




You will assist our Golf Course Superintendent and team with daily preparation of the golf course.
Where you'll make an impact Maintaining all course fairways, tees, greens and rough areas Appling fertilizers as directed by the supervisor, including maintaining a log of application Assisting with course irrigation Maintaining oil, fuel and fluid levels for all types of grounds-keeping machinery What we're looking for We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the patience to work effectively with team members.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently are essential in this role.
To be successful, you will need Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening or a similar outdoor role (preferred) Manual Driver Licence (essential) A willingness to learn and follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Experience operating landscaping or groundskeeping equipment (highly regarded) Chemical Handling Certificate (highly regarded but not essential) About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
