About the role: You ll be part of a friendly, supportive team providing inbound customer service across warranty and order enquiries.
No two customers are the same, so you ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to understand what they need, provide the right solutions and leave them feeling looked after.
Monday Friday | Rotating roster | 8:30am 7:00pm 37.5 hours per week | Occasional Saturdays with penalty rates What You'll Be Doing:



Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently Assist customers with warranty and order enquiries Manage customer returns and credit requests Keep customers updated and informed Find practical solutions that meet customer needs About You: You re someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment.
