Allocator/Scheduler/Customer Service Position
Join our aggregates / concrete business based in our East Perth Office and be part of a fast paced and dynamic team environment where you are key to ensuring our quality products are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time.
Your core responsibilities will be:
* · Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
* · Schedule and allocate jobs efficiently to align with customer and business requirements.
* · Optimize truck utilization to minimize overall logistics costs.
* · Act as the central liaison between customer service, allocators, plants, and customers to ensure smooth job execution.
* · Dynamically adjust schedules and problem-solve issues impacting delivery in a fast-paced environment.
The skills and experience you will need to do this role well:
* · Background in customer service, scheduling/allocating, or logistics administration.
* · Proven ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and work under tight deadlines.
* · Strong organizational skills to align diverse stakeholder requirements and adapt plans proactively.
* · Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building solid relationships.
* · Ability to exercise judgment and think proactively in dynamic environments.
In addition, you must hold valid Australian work rights with no limitations on hours or duration of employment.
You will also be required to successfully complete a pre-employment medical including a functional assessment as well as a drug and alcohol screening.
