VPS 4 | 10-week contract | Immediate start Hybrid 2 days in office - office is close to public transport High volume | End-to-end recruitment | SAP SuccessFactors About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their busy team on a temporary basis for an initial 10-week contract.
This is a hands-on recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple vacancies, keeping processes moving and providing strong recruitment administration and coordination support to hiring managers.
With a significant number of vacancies currently progressing across the organisation, you will step into a busy environment and be expected to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of vacancies Enter and manage vacancies through SAP SuccessFactors Prepare and coordinate position descriptions and job advertisements Screen and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screening Progress candidates through to commencement Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure processes are completed efficiently Provide regular updates to hiring managers and keep recruitment activity moving Manage multiple vacancies at different stages of the recruitment process About You You will be an experienced recruitment qualified who is comfortable working in a busy, process-driven environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
You will ideally have: Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment ,



with Victorian Government is essential Strong recruitment administration and coordination skills Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar recruitment systems Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Robust communication skills and confidence working with hiring managers A proactive approach and the ability to work independently The ability to quickly understand processes, systems and organisational requirements A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running Organisation This is an opportunity to join a Victorian Government organisation within a busy, supportive and inclusive team.
