An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a well-established and diversified organisation with operations across multiple locations in Perth.
With a broad operational footprint spanning sectors including manufacturing, construction, mining, energy, transport and others, this is a commercially focused role supporting operational leaders and providing meaningful financial insight across the business.
The organisation is headquartered interstate and has a growing presence across Western Australia.
Due to the nature of the role, some travel between Perth-based offices and operational sites will be required.
About the role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a trusted commercial partner to operational stakeholders, helping translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.
Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with operational and senior leaders across multiple business units Providing financial analysis, reporting and commercial insights to support decision-making Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes Analysing business performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities Preparing management reports and providing commentary on financial results Working closely with operational teams to improve financial performance and accountability Supporting business cases,



investment decisions and cost optimisation initiatives Developing meaningful financial KPIs and performance measures Providing financial modelling and scenario analysis as required Building strong relationships across a diverse and geographically dispersed business About you We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business rather than operating purely in a transactional finance environment.
You will ideally have: CA/CPA qualification or equivalent Strong experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant, Management Accountant or similar role Proven experience partnering with operational stakeholders Strong financial analysis, modelling and management reporting skills Commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial information into practical business insights Advanced Excel and strong financial systems capability A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders Experience within manufacturing, construction, mining, energy, other asset-intensive/operational environments will be highly regarded.
