About the Role Join the team at St Kilda Penguins and play a vital role in connecting visitors with one of Victoria's most iconic wildlife experiences.
As a Visitor Experience Guide, you'll bring the story of the Little Penguin colony to life by delivering engaging and memorable interactions that educate, inspire, and delight visitors.
Through storytelling, interpretation, and exceptional customer service, you'll help guests understand the importance of protecting Little Penguins and their unique coastal habitat.

Proven ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills Possess an understanding of OH S and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures Experience in guiding in a Tourism setting (highly desirable) An interest in Conservation and the Marine environment (highly desirable) To commence your journey with us, the following is required: Working with Children Check Drivers' License First Aid Level II and CPR
