What you'll be doing: Have meaningful conversations with customers with empathy,



professionalism and respect Negotiate fair and realistic repayment solutions Support customers experiencing financial hardship Manage customer accounts in line with compliance requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation Identify ways to improve processes and customer outcomes About You: You might come from collections, customer service, banking, lending, hardship or another customer-facing environment.
