Our client is a global MedTech company that has been developing and manufacturing innovative medical technology products for more than 35 years.
Based at their new office in Lane Cove West, you'll provide administrative and coordination support across a growing team spanning Operations, Service, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
The Role
This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing MedTech business.
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. You might be an experienced
Service Administrator, Service Coordinator or Scheduler
looking to transfer your skills from industries such as engineering, facilities, construction, HVAC, automotive or other field-service environments.
Alternatively, you may be a
recent Health Science graduate
with some customer service or administration experience who is looking to take your first step into the MedTech industry.
The role will provide broad administrative support across the business, with the opportunity to develop exposure and specialisation in key areas.
Your duties will include:
Provide general administrative support to management and teams across the business
Coordinate meetings, appointments, events and team travel
Coordinate service bookings and maintain accurate service records and documentation
Liaise with customers and internal teams to support effective service delivery
Assist with processing invoices and purchase orders
Prepare quotes and sales-related resources
Maintain databases, contact lists and mailing lists
Assist with social media updates and other marketing activities
Support the Finance, Operations, Service, RAQA, Sales and Marketing teams with day-to-day administration
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys keeping things moving. You may come from one of two backgrounds:
Service Administration / Scheduling
Experience in Service Administration, Service Coordination or Scheduling
Experience in a field-service or blue-collar environment such as engineering, facilities, construction, HVAC, automotive or similar would be highly regarded
Confident coordinating multiple jobs, bookings, customers and internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where priorities can change
Health Science Graduate / Early Career
A recent degree in Health Science, Biomedical Science, Medical Science or a related discipline would be highly regarded
Some customer service, administration or coordination experience
A genuine interest in healthcare and Medical Technology
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn the commercial side of the MedTech industry
For either background, you'll also bring:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A high level of attention to detail
A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to take ownership
The ability to work collaboratively while managing your own responsibilities
A genuine interest in building a career in the MedTech industry
The ability to work on site 5 days per week initially, with potential for some hybrid flexibility in the medium to long term
