Position: Legal Expert — Finance Real Estate (Project Donna) Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: ~30 hours Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI-generated legal content in finance and real estate to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Review six blinded AI deliverables for each legal matter and provide detailed feedback.
Conduct five head-to-head comparisons against a standard output and document preferences.
Write concise, specific rationales for each preference to improve AI model outputs .
Work independently and adhere to deadlines while following written instructions.




Qualifications Must-Have Qualified lawyer with substantive practice experience in finance and real estate .
Ability to judge work product holistically for correctness, completeness, and usefulness.
Exact written English skills.
Ability to work independently to written instructions and meet deadlines.
