Your New Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of all night shift operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating all night shift construction activities
* Supervising subcontractors and site personnel
* Ensuring compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental requirements
* Monitoring program milestones and driving project delivery
* Conducting toolbox talks, inductions, and pre-start meetings
* Managing stakeholder relationships within a live airport environment
* Preparing daily site reports and handover documentation
* Coordinating inspections, defect management, and quality assurance processes
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects
* Strong understanding of construction delivery within live, operational environments




* Previous airport project experience preferred on Sydney mascot
* Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and project programs effectively
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Sound knowledge of Australian WHS requirements
* Construction White Card
* Relevant trade or building qualifications will be highly regarded
