The Pony is looking for a pizza chef/pizza maker to join our kitchen team from September through to January, with the potential for longer-term work for the right person.
We're an award-winning brewery in the Adelaide Hills, just outside Mount Barker (SA)—and our wood-fired pizzas are a big part of what we're known for.
This isn't just a "put toppings on pizzas" job. You'll be part of a busy, professional kitchen, working across our customer-facing wood oven, food preparation, cooking, service, and the pass. You'll be right where the action is—with plenty of interaction with our guests.
?YOU'LL NEED
At least3 years' experiencein a busy kitchen or pizza setting
Experience with a wood-fired pizza oven is highly desirable.
A good command of English—you'll need to communicate confidently with the kitchen team and customers
To alreadyhold a valid Working Holiday or Work and Holiday visawith the appropriate work rights
To be reliable, punctual and ready to work
To be clean, organised and able to keep your cool when the tickets start flying




To take pride in your food
To enjoy working as part of a team and helping wherever needed
