The Chance:
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, working with a close-knit team of professionals who are passionate about advancing healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage site monitoring activities independently, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, investigators, and internal stakeholders.




Oversee study progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CRAs as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
A valid Australian Driver's License.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRO environment with independent monitoring responsibilities.
Proven experience in the Australian clinical research landscape.
