Opportunities Available Civil Supervisor Civil Foreman Leading Hands ready (or nearly ready) to step into a Foreman position are encouraged to apply About the Role Working across active land development projects at Providence Estate, you'll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day site activities, supervising crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.
We're Looking For Experience in civil subdivision or land development projects Exposure to bulk earthworks, underground services,



pavements and associated civil works Proven leadership experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand Solid understanding of safety, quality and productivity requirements Ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors and plant operations What's on Offer Monday to Friday roster only Typical site hours: 6:30am pre-start to 5:00pm No current weekend or night work requirements Long-term pipeline of work across multiple active projects Vehicle provided for Foreman and Supervisor roles Project Scope Providence Estate (Multiple Stages) Clearing shaping Bulk earthworks Underground services Culverts Pavements Asphalt Residential subdivision and commercial development works ******
