Traffic Allocator/Service Delivery Co-ordinator
to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Yallah, NSW. This is a pivotal role within our operations, responsible for managing the efficient allocation of traffic management resources and co-ordinating service delivery across our projects. You will play a critical part in ensuring that our clients receive seamless, professional traffic management services whilst optimising our operational efficiency and resource utilisation. This position offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on project success and customer satisfaction within the traffic management industry.

Key responsibilities
Allocate traffic management personnel and equipment to projects based on client requirements, project specifications and resource availability
Co-ordinate service delivery schedules to ensure all projects receive appropriate coverage and staffing levels




Maintain comprehensive records of resource allocation, project timings and service delivery metrics
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and field teams to confirm project requirements and manage expectations
Monitor project progress and resource utilisation in real-time, making adjustments as required to optimise efficiency
Respond to service queries and resolve allocation issues promptly to minimise disruption to operations
Prepare reports and documentation related to scheduling, resource allocation and service performance
Liaise with traffic management personnel to ensure they are properly briefed on project requirements and site-specific instructions
Support the management team in planning and forecasting resource requirements for upcoming projects
Maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory requirements in co-ordinating services
What we're looking for
Proven experience in traffic management, scheduling, resource allocation or a related construction/logistics co-ordination role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in scheduling software (experience using Traffio preferred but not essential) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
A detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
Problem-solving capability and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Knowledge of traffic management practices, safety protocols and construction industry standards (highly desirable)
A valid driver's licence and willingness to visit project sites when required
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications or certifications in traffic management would be advantageous
