Senior Manager, Technology Risk Organisational Resilience Melbourne Permanent Hybrid, 3 days in CBD office Circa $205k package + bonus A leading digital organisation is looking for a Senior Manager to lead second line oversight across technology risk, cyber risk, business continuity and organisational resilience.
Reporting to the GM Risk Assurance and leading two direct reports, you'll work closely with Technology, Cyber Security, Risk and senior business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities: Lead second line oversight across technology and cyber risk Provide effective challenge across technology risks, controls and regulatory obligations Lead business continuity, BCP testing and organisational resilience Maintain and test crisis management plans and response capability Oversee external assurance and audit activity Support risk oversight across emerging technology, including AI Lead and develop a small specialist risk team We're looking for: Senior experience across technology risk, technology controls,



assurance or operational resilience Strong understanding of technology and cyber environments Experience within a complex, regulated or digital business Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills A pragmatic, commercial approach to risk Ability to challenge senior technology stakeholders while building strong relationships Understanding of an AI-enabled environment, with an understanding of emerging AI risks, controls and assurance requirements.
