About the Role
Join a growing team delivering trench safety, shoring and propping solutions on major civil, infrastructure and construction projects across NSW. This is a hands-on role involving site work, installations & equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities
Install and remove trench shields, shoring, slide rail and propping systems.
Read and follow installation drawings and site plans.
Inspect, load and transport equipment to and from site.
Work alongside customers, operators and site crews.
Complete documentation and maintain safety standards.
About You
Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, earthmoving, equipment hire or similar.
Current driver's licence.
Robust work ethic, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.




Able to adapt to varying site conditions and safety requirements.
Able to pass a silica respirator fit test.
Willing to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
Flexible to work Saturdays, overtime and occasional night shifts.
Able to travel throughout NSW when required.
Available to start from Condell Park at 5:30am.
