to join our afternoon/evening production team.
Le Purée | Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Food Production Assistant
to join our afternoon/evening production team.
About the Role
You will work as part of our production team, focusing on
plating, piping, portioning and preparing products including cakes and mini breads
.
Attention to detail and consistency are important, as every product must meet our quality and food safety standards.




Key Responsibilities
Plating and portioning food products
Piping cakes and prepared products
Preparing and portioning mini breads
Accurately weighing and portioning products
Following product specifications and production schedules
Ensuring consistency in presentation, weight and quality
Following
HACCP and food safety procedures
Completing required production records
Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation
Assisting with cleaning and sanitation
Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
Previous food production, commercial kitchen, bakery or similar experience preferred
Piping, plating or portioning experience highly regarded
Strong attention to detail
Good understanding of
HACCP and food safety practices
Clean and organised
Reliable and punctual
Motivated with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and strong team player
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Hours may vary depending on production requirements.
