About the role
Our client is hiring are looking for an experienced People & Culture Lead for the NSW/ACT Business Unit in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of P&C; professionals while partnering with business leaders across major projects and operational business units. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality advisory services, managing complex people matters and helping drive business performance through effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of P&C; practitioners spanned across the NSW/ACT Business Unit.
Providing expert advice on employee relations, performance and organisational change matters.
Acting as the escalation point for complex and high-risk people issues.
Coaching leaders to build capability and improve people outcomes.
Supporting workforce planning, project mobilisation and business transformation initiatives.




Partnering with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and manage people risk.
About you
You are an experienced P&C; leader with strong experience in business partnering within the construction, oil and gas, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
Significant HR/P&C; experience in a senior advisory or business partnering role.
Proven leadership and people development capability.
Strong employment relations knowledge and case management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
A practical, commercially focused approach to problem solving.
Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, mining, utilities or project-based environments will be highly regarded.
