experienced, driven Solar & Battery Sales Consultant
to become the
lead salesperson within our business
.
We're looking for someone who wants to
own the sales process, build relationships, close deals and play a major part in growing the business.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for taking qualified opportunities through the full sales journey — from the initial conversation through to signed agreement.
You'll be selling
premium solar and battery solutions
, supported by a team that handles the technical, administration and installation side of the business.
You'll have the freedom to sell, but you'll also have the support to do it properly.
Your role will include:
Responding to and managing qualified residential solar and battery enquiries
Meeting customers in person and remotely to understand their energy requirements
Designing and presenting tailored solar and battery quotations, solutions and proposals
Educating customers on the technology, financial benefits and long-term value of their system
Presenting premium products and solutions rather than competing purely on price




Managing your pipeline and consistently following up opportunities
Negotiating and closing sales
Building strong customer relationships and generating referrals
Working closely with our design, administration and installation teams
Contributing ideas and helping shape the sales process as the business continues to grow

About You
We're looking for a salesperson who is
hungry to win
.
You might already be an experienced solar salesperson, or you may come from another high-performance sales environment and have a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry.
More important than simply having years on your resume is your ability to
build trust, identify what a customer actually needs and close the deal.




We're looking for someone who sees an opportunity and
goes after it
.
Someone who enjoys speaking with customers, loves the feeling of closing a deal and wants their performance to directly influence their income.
At the same time, we're not interested in the old-school "sell anything to anyone" approach to solar.
You'll ideally have:
Proven experience in solar, battery or renewable energy sales
A track record of consistently achieving sales targets
Robust communication and negotiation skills
The confidence to meet customers face-to-face and present solutions
The ability to generate leads of your own
A genuine ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
A competitive, energetic and positive attitude
A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
The ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team
A genuine interest in renewable energy and emerging energy technology
A current Australian driver's licence
