Role Overview
We are looking for a Co-Agent / Sales Associate to work alongside one of Queensland's top-performing real estate agents within one of the Gold Coast's highest-performing offices.
This is a high-volume, high-performance environment designed for someone who is ambitious, hungry to learn and wants to surround themselves with some of the best people in the industry.
The position can be structured as either a Co-Agent or Sales Associate, depending on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine opportunity to learn from a top-performing agent while being exposed to a large volume of transactions, clients, listings and negotiations.
The successful candidate will work closely with the lead agent and be heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the business, gaining exposure to the processes, systems and strategies that drive a high-performing sales team.
For someone with 1-2 years of real estate experience who is looking for the right environment to take their career to the next level, this could be an exceptional opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly alongside one of Queensland's top-performing agents
Assist with listing presentations, appraisals and prospecting
Manage buyer enquiries and relationships
Assist throughout the sales process from listing through to settlement
Attend open homes and private inspections
Assist with negotiations and client communication
Support the lead agent with a high volume of active campaigns
Develop your own client and buyer database
Build the skills and experience required to progress into a leading sales role
Training & Development

Has approximately
1-2 years of real estate experience
Is currently working in sales or looking to transition into a serious sales career
