Key Duties
Evaluate students' skills to create a flexible, individualised curriculum inEnglishthat addresses their specific needs and goals.
Implement learning programs based on research into how students learn, using formative assessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhance engagement and understanding.
Continuously refine teaching strategies and activities using student feedback and assessment data to improve lesson plans and delivery.




Develop student-centredactivities that promote exploration and innovation in product design, encouraging practical application of theoretical knowledge.
Sethigh expectationsto create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture, fostering creativity and problem-solving.

Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in teachingVCEEnglish at Secondary year levels.
Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students' academic and personal growth
Goodcommunicationskillsandtheability toexplain complex design conceptseffectivelyand engagewith students, colleagues, and parents.
Committedto ongoing professional development,keeping up-to-date withcurrent trends inEnglishliterature, andmaintaininga proactive attitude.
