Clinical Nurse Manager
to join their aged care team situated in a beautiful 5-star medium sized facility located in the Central Coast of NSW. You will be supported by a clinical Residential Aged Care Manager, and the facility operates with two CNMs.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Working with the Residential Aged Care Manager and CNM
Ensuring clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
Support, coach and lead the clinical team
Support the Facility Manager with staff leadership, training and education
Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Collaborate with GPs, allied health qualified, residents and families
The Successful Candidate:
Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience




Experience working in a residential aged care or acute leadership role
Knowledge of AN-ACC, SIRs, clinical reporting and best practice
Experience in mentoring and developing clinical teams
Sound knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and clinical governance
Current Influenza and Covid vaccinations
Current National Police Clearance
