About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Industrial Engineer to support a major manufacturing improvement program focused on:

Factory layout optimisation
n
Production flow improvement
n
Productivity and efficiency projects

Installation of new manufacturing equipment
n
Capacity planning and site expansion projects
n

Key Responsibilities
n
Manufacturing Layout & Design
n
n
Review current facility layouts
n
Improve material flow
n
n
Operational Improvement
n
n
Conduct workflow analysis
n
Complete time and motion studies
n
Identify bottlenecks
n
Increase productivity and throughput
n
Reduce waste
n
Improve processes
n
Drive cost savings
n
Deliver measurable improvements
n
n
Capital Projects
n
n
Support current equipment installations
n




Assist with commissioning activities
n
Improve operational readiness
n
n
Maintenance & Reliability
n
n
Review downtime trends
n
Support reliability improvements
n
Participate in root cause analysis
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
n
Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience
n
FMCG, food manufacturing or high-volume production experience
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Experience in productivity and process improvement
n
Facility layout and workflow optimisation experience
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
Lean Manufacturing experience
n
AutoCAD experience
n
Food manufacturing experience
