Queensland Plunge Pools is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, experienced and hands‐on HR Truck Driver to join our team.
This is not just a truck driving role. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, is happy to get involved on‐site and wants to be part of a team installing plunge pools across South‐East Queensland.
If you're confident behind the wheel and don't mind jumping out of the truck and getting your hands dirty when needed, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your day‐to‐day duties may include:
Driving HR trucks to deliver plunge pools, equipment and materials to sites across SEQ and occasionally further afield
Transporting pools and materials safely between our yard and job sites
Assisting with the delivery and installation of precast plunge pools
Loading and unloading trucks, equipment and materials
Assisting the installation crew with pool installations and general site works
Helping with site preparation, clean‐up and general labouring when required
Assisting with moving and positioning equipment and materials on‐site
Working alongside our crane operators, machine operators and installation team
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance requirements
Keeping trucks and equipment clean, tidy and well maintained
Following all site, road and workplace health and safety requirements
Assisting with work in the yard when required




Completing other reasonable duties to help the team get pool installations completed safely and efficiently
This is a varied, hands‐on position. While HR truck driving is the primary role, you will also be expected to assist with pool installations, site works and other general duties when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current HR Licence – essential
Experience driving HR trucks
Good and safe driving history
Confident driving throughout SEQ and accessing residential construction sites
Physically fit and comfortable with hands‐on work
Willing to jump in and help the team wherever required
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Safety‐conscious and respectful of vehicles and equipment
Comfortable working outdoors and across different job sites
White Card preferred
Previous construction, pool, civil or similar industry experience would be highly regarded
POSITION DETAILS
Permanent Full-Time
45 hours per week
Immediate start
Wages in accordance with applicable Fair Work requirements
Overtime and penalty rates where applicable
Consistent full‐time work
