Australian Drafting & Design is seeking an experiencedArchitectural Revit Drafter / Designerfor a full-time contract position with an established engineering and project delivery client in Sydney.
The role involves working on technically complex projects within thepharmaceutical, laboratory, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing and production sectors.
You will work closely with architects, engineers and other disciplines to develop coordinated architectural documentation inAutodesk Revit.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural layouts and documentation inRevit
Produce plans, sections, elevations and detailed drawings
Developroom layouts, Room Data Sheets and equipment layouts
Coordinate equipment access and maintenance requirements
Coordinate architectural documentation with mechanical, electrical and process disciplines
Update Revit models from engineering and project mark-ups
Assist with BIM coordination and clash resolution
Prepare documentation through design and construction stages




About You
StrongAutodesk Revitskills
Architectural drafting, design or documentation experience
Good understanding of construction documentation and spatial planning
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Australian working rights
Experience with laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical facilities, healthcare, advanced manufacturing or other highly serviced buildings will be highly regarded.
Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM coordination and technically complex building services would also be advantageous.
