In this role you will be maintaining bespoke, high-end residential gardens, and enjoy variety and challenge, as every garden has something different.
Most of our gardens are on the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.
We work 7am - 3pm, no weekends.
We run small teams and work hard to develop a positive and welcoming team environment, and you will be a valued part of that.
We offer a very competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.
Ideally we are looking for someone with formal qualifications in Horticulture, and a minimum of 1 year's experience in high-end residential garden maintenance.
You must be able to competently operate gardening power tools.
The garden maintenance industry is growing rapid in Australia, and there is a significant shortage of experienced crew.
Well trained gardeners will continue to be highly sought after.




We also provide ongoing on-the-job training to develop your skills and plant knowledge, and the chance to work in some of Sydney's most beautiful private gardens.

Practical experience in similar role
Ability to work in a physically demanding role

Current driver's licence (preferred)
