About the role
We are seeking an experienced and reliableMachine Operatorto join our manufacturing team at our Minto NSW facility.
This is afull-time positionthat plays a crucial role in our daily operations.
Key responsibilities
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as required
Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
Documenting production data, including material usage, machine downtime, and quality issues
Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or operational concerns to supervisors
Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
What we're looking for




Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery in a production environment
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
Good attention to detail with an ability to produce consistent, quality output
Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Reliability and punctuality with a professional approach to work
Physical capability to perform manual tasks and operate in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of process lines
Forklift Licence an advantage but not essential
