PARAGON is the authorised ANZ distributor of Sherwin Williams Protective and Marine Products.
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Representative to drive growth and market share.
This is an exciting prospect, working with world leading products to build the protective and marine coatings ANZ business from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
Report to National Sales Manager
Manage high-value accounts with global tier-1 asset owners, including helping maintain products specifications
Secure new asset-protection contracts, and provide technical product expertise to clients
Collaborate with technical service teams within the Sherwin Williams global network to deliver product specifications and customer solutions
Collaboratively set and achieve annual targets
About you
20+ years' sales experience in protective and marine coatings, ideally in the mining,
oil & gas and HVI sectors
Demonstrable understanding of the technologies employed in protective and marine products including leading competitor products
Demonstrable record of managing long B2B sales cycles and large accounts
Demonstrated history of managing a team of sales reps with budgetary responsibility
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites and client offices
AMPP certifications will be highly regarded
Highly competitive base salary with corporate travel allowance and an uncapped commission structure
