The Role:
Residential Real Estate Sales
Take the reins of your patch/territory with the support of this brand, become a top performing agent and own your marketplace
Listing & Selling properties with professionalism, polish and integrity
Nurture a pipeline of potential vendors and provide incredible value and communication
Prospect for potential new sellers, exhaust all buyer enquiry and ensure your name & face is known within your specialised area
Structure your calendar to benefit your life and your vendors expectations (minimal in-office expectations)
Manage your OFI's and any additional inspections as required
Collaborate with internal admin and marketing teams to ensure cohesion across the sales cycle
What you need to bring:
Class 1 or 2 LREA (or very close to gaining your Licence)
Outstanding energy, ambition and attitude to thrive within real estate sales
Previous/Current experience as a Licenced Agent - you know what you're doing
Local market knowledge and presence would be fantastic but not essential (out of area agents and those looking to relocate are VERY welcome to apply)
