Key responsibilities include:
Managing and investigating customer account queries
Daily cash allocations and account reconciliations




Monitoring aged debtors and following up outstanding payments
Conducting collections calls and maintaining customer relationships
Supporting daily banking activities
End-to-end Accounts Receivable responsibilities
Requirements:
Previous Accounts Receivable or collections experience
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
High attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work full-time in the office in Chatswood
