IB Group is seeking a proactive and dependable Building Manager to join our growing property team.
Around 2 years of Building Management experience is preferred, but it's not essential.
We're equally interested in people from property, facilities, construction, maintenance or similar backgrounds who have the right attitude and want to build a career in the property industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting regular building inspections
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors
Liaising with owners, tenants and strata managers
Identifying maintenance and compliance issues
Obtaining and coordinating contractor quotations
Monitoring works through to completion
Managing building access and security matters
Keeping stakeholders informed and resolving issues quickly
Who We're Looking For

Professional and well presented
Able to work independently while being part of a broader team
Approximately 2 years' experience in Building Management is preferred but not essential.
Experience in property, facilities management, construction or maintenance will also be highly regarded.
