Disability Support Workers
to provide casual backfill support across the Bayside area.
This role supports clients with
psychosocial disabilities
, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
About the role You'll provide person‐centred support including:
Supporting clients with daily living and community activities
Medication assistance
Manual handling
Providing secure, respectful and consistent support
Building positive relationships and encouraging independence
Roster Shifts are available across:
9:00am–2:00pm
5:00pm–10:00pm
What you'll need
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance




NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Experience with
manual handling and medication assistance
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability is highly regarded
Pay rates
E3.1 Casual – In-Home & SIL | SCHADS Award
Monday–Friday:

Afternoon:

Active Night:
$*****/hr
Saturday:
$*****/hr
