Join a quick-growing global insights consultancy specialising in financial services, working with some of Australia's biggest banks and financial brands.
You'll sit within a growing ANZ insights team, using rich customer and market data to explore how Australians bank, borrow, save and spend and translating that into clear, commercially useful insight.
The Opportunity
Working closely with a major Tier 1 bank, you'll analyse large-scale customer and market datasets to uncover trends, competitive movements and opportunities.
This is more than a reporting role. You'll be encouraged to dig deeper, investigate what's driving the numbers and help clients understand what the findings mean for their customers and business.
You'll also support client presentations and gradually build your expertise across the financial services landscape.
What you'll be doing
Analysing quantitative market research and customer data
Identifying trends, patterns and competitive movements
Turning complex data into clear, engaging insight stories
Producing polished client-ready reports and presentations
Supporting research briefings and client presentations
Using secondary economic and financial data to add context
Collaborating with research,



client service and consulting teams across Australia and globally
Who we're looking for
You'll ideally have around
2+ years' experience
in market research, insights, consultancy or a similar analytical role.
You'll bring:
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Experience using Excel and/or tools such as Q or SPSS
Excellent written communication and PowerPoint skills
A curious mindset and strong attention to detail
Confidence communicating insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Financial services experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
