We are seeking someone with strong business acumen and a proven track record in growing businesses profitability as well as experience in the aquatic industry.
Your main responsibilities will include:
In charge of Safety in and out of water
Recruitment/training of staff
Rostering for water and admin hours
Staff development such as quarterly meetings and ongoing coaching to make the staff the best teachers that they can be
Create a outstanding workplace culture that is consistent with our mission and values of the business
Ensure that the business policies, procedures and safe work are followed at all times
Water quality maintenance (pool operations)
Stock management and orders
Daily operations such as phone calls, enrolments and bookings
Teaching hours where required
Required Qualifications:
First Aid Certificate
Current CPR
Qualified Swim Teacher (AUSTSWIM)
Working with children check
Drivers Licence (preferred but not necessary)
Pool Operations (preferred but not necessary)
