These roles will involve a combination ofmachine operation, forklift operation, manual handling, production and general warehouse duties, depending on the location and position.
Key Responsibilities
Duties may include:
Setting up and operating machinery
Operating various production equipment
Ensuring machines have adequate materials available
Loading and unloading materials
Forklift operation
Moving and storing stock
Manual handling and lifting
Feeding raw materials into machinery
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Reporting damaged or defective stock
Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
Completing production and activity logs
Following production processes and procedures
Completing batch sheets and relevant documentation
Identifying and reporting any issues during the shift
General warehouse and production duties as required
Essential Criteria
Previous machine operation and/or warehouse experience
Forklift licence and experiencefor forklift positions
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
Good attention to detail




Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Must have full Australian working rights
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
