Physiozest is looking for a dedicated Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our warm and collaborative team in Erina, NSW.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity within a purpose-designed women's health clinic where quality care, professional growth and work–life balance are genuinely valued.
You'll support women across pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, continence, prolapse, pelvic pain and other gynaecological concerns.
With longer appointment times, private treatment rooms and regular clinical support, you'll have the space to build meaningful relationships and deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed care that makes a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of women's health conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction and related concerns
Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
Delivering hands‐on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and specialised techniques such as pelvic floor rehabilitation
Educating patients on self‐management strategies, exercise techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and long‐term health
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals,



such as GPs and obstetricians, to provide comprehensive patient care
Contributing to a supportive and professional clinic environment that promotes patient comfort and confidence
What we're looking for
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and valid practising certificate
A qualification in physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Specialist training or certification in women's health physiotherapy, or substantial demonstrated experience in this field
Strong knowledge of pelvic floor assessment and treatment techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
A patient‐centred approach to care, with genuine empathy and commitment to improving patient outcomes
Proficiency in electronic health records and medical documentation systems
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Preferred: experience working with pregnant women, post-natal patients, or gynaecological conditions
